This piece arose from my interest in mythical beasts, such as mermaids and other chimeras, and their place in the world! And alo my love for ballet and films such as the Red Shoes. A strange and mysterious tale is being told here, but we don't know how it will end....

Each piece is unique as every print from a linoblock is different, and then I paint them and so colours and tones and backgrounds will slightly vary; as you can see from the pictures illustrating this listing the pieces are similar but not identical, which I think is as it should be and makes each one more special as each one is unique. 

Most of my pieces are created to order so please allow a few days for it to reach you as each one has to be printed and then dried and painted and then packed and posted especially for you.

We have always rescued and looked after wildlife and in that spirit 10% of the profit from this piece will be donated to wildlife rescue- we will tell you which rescue has benefited when we dispatch your swan print to you.
