I designed this t shirt several years ago after visiting a vegan-run animal sanctuary and meeting the hand-reared lambs who were all wearing sweaters (baby animals are less good at regulating their body temperatures, especially difficult for babies who don't have their mum to snuggle up to), so I created this t shirt as a fund-raiser for the sanctuary and now, several years later, sales from this t shirt still benefit animals as I will donate 10% of my profit from this design to UK wildlife rescue.
The design is screen-printed on the t shirt in white vegan-friendly ink and the lambs' sweaters are then hand coloured- every sweater is randomly coloured, so your lamb's sweater will likely look slightly different from the ones in the photos,
Please be aware this is now quite an old screen and the screen block may let through a few speckles of white ink, nothing dramatic, it doesn't affect the overall look but I'm just giving you a heads up- these are printed by hand with a handmade screen- this is a low tech creative process. if that would bother you then this probably isn't the t shirt for you! I just like this design and don't want to throw out the screen, and people like this design so I shall carry on using it. :-)
